Yep, last weekend was too good of a weekend to not give it a post as well! So today's post will recap last weekend and this past weekend! :)
Josh left on Tuesday to go to Colorado...and my parents came into town Friday to stay with me for the weekend and a little pre-birthday celebration since I would not see them on my birthday! We rode Friday night and then decided to run to SA Saturday for a little shopping and birthday dinner! :) We ate at joe's my favorite! and I got my birthday present a little early...an IPAD! :) I was so excited and absolutely love it!! The weather was crappy Sunday so we enjoyed the morning and most of afternoon on counch watching TV and Hidalgo...and then the second the rain broke, me and dad hurried and went to ride Missy Mae! We rode around half of the ranch and dad and the puppies rode gator. It started sprinkling right as I got on and stopped. Then once we got to the front gate an all out rain started. It was fun!! :) But we def got weT! Thanks parents for an awesome weekend! Always have a good time when you guys are down!!!
Gotta love timer pics!
Love my Rock!
Boxer Love!
This weekend was a nice low kew fun weekend! We arrived Friday and all just hung out on our friends deck and chatted! It was so fun to talk, we literally laugh constantly. I got these glasses as part of my gift from my friend and they were a hit all weekend! They were so creepy, yet hilarious! It was impossible to keep a straight face while talking to anyone with them on.
We didn't want the hassle of putting up a tailgate Saturday so decided to get Pedi's, Shop, and cook out at the house! We made guac, spinach queso (yum), burgers, Sangria Punch, and cookies! It was all so delish! After the girls changing a total of 15 times we were ready to go to the game! :) We chilled at Northgate, bars, then headed over to Kyle Field! The game was a blow out and we won easy, but it was still fun!!!

Yep, the Nashes are on the road again! We are Aggieland bound in 3 hours! I cannot wait to be reunited with friends, all things maroon and Aggie, 85,000 plus fan football game, North gate bars and drinks...and inappropriate comments and memories that are probably sure to be made! Check ya on Monday with a recap and pictures! :)
The day was gorgeous and I woke up with no nerves, of course after the coast was clear with the bug that flew in my ear the night before in bed...yes. Freaked out. Thought I was going to have to have Betsy, bridesmaid in med school, save me but luckily we got it out!
Make up started and we began chatting and having mimosas. The day was fun doing all girls things!!! Here are shots from the day with my bridesmaids and a few of groomsmen getting dressed and then Pre-ceremony photos with our bridal party! I forgot my bouquet, again, for the Pre photos and then We were running behind so had to sneak me out through w a golf cart and through a field. Haha!

New sunglasses and apron with my new name! Which is All I wanted! :)
And the week quickly approached and before I knew it, the day before my wedding had arrived! Some background information on our wedding the is good to know! We got married outside on a tee box on the golf course I work at...and had the reception outside under a tent on the driving range- which is in a valley essentially). All of these which have never been done before at this venue! It was a ceremony spot we fell in love with together, and the tent was something we had wanted because we wanted to be outdoors! Outdoor weddings are scary especially here in Texas and in the Hill Country...you have to hope there is no rain, no wind, and no 100+ degree weather. I knew this going into it and tried to pep are myself the whole time with the mind set that on the day of my attitude no matter what would be "Oh well...nothing I can do about it now" We had several back up plans to say the least but nothing really set:
Rain- Indoor ceremony but possible tent reception still.
Pour all week but sunny day of: Ceremony outdoor and indoor reception but no tent because ground wouldn't hold
Light Sprinkle- Tent Recep. Call it as we see it for ceremony
Luckily the weeks forecast looked fine, minus the wind. It changed daily so all we could do was cross our fingers and pray! Our parents arrived to our home Wednesday, and the Tent went up Thursday, then Bridal Party and rest of family arrived Friday.
The Boys played golf that morning and us girls did mani's and had a luncheon with my mom! It did rain on Friday morning, but nothing bad and I was calm! The weekend I had planned for a year, and gone over in my head with every detail and plan for months, was finally here...my thoughts: Nothing I can do now. I have given everyone information and times and done what I can so I cannot stress now!
Our rehearsal began at 6 and I forgot my beautiful ribbon bouquet my sister made me...dern! The wind was 20 MPH that day, and boy was it windy....after rehearsal wrapped up we went up to the Club for dinner. This night was incredible. Getting to be with my family and dearest friends as Josh and I prepared for this amazing journey we were about to begin! Gifts were given, speeches were given, tears of joy were shed, and a touching video made by my sister was viewed. Although this is not the glitz and glam of the dress, and rings, and bridesmaid and groomsmen, and flowers...this night was special! It too goes along with my wedding! :) Here are photos from the night before we said our "I Do's"
